Preschool Classroom (Ages 3- 4)
Our Preschool Classroom is where curiosity meets readiness! Designed for 3 to 4-year-olds, this program gently transitions children into more structured learning while keeping play at the heart of everything we do.
We focus on preparing children for kinder prep through intentional, hands-on activities that build academic skills, confidence, and independence.
Kinder Prep/ Pre-k Readiness Through Play
Preschool students are introduced to early academics in an engaging, age-appropriate way:
Letter and number recognition
Early writing and pre-reading skills
Patterns, sequencing, and simple problem-solving
Science, nature, and discovery play
Calendar, routines, and classroom jobs
Learning is always play-based and tailored to the interests of the group. Our teachers create a rich environment where learning feels like fun — because it is!

Fine Motor Skills & Hand-Eye Coordination
At this age, we intentionally strengthen important motor skills that prepare children for writing and self-care:
- Cutting with scissors, tracing, lacing, and puzzles
- Building with small blocks and manipulatives
- Art projects that promote grip and control
These activities support not only academic development but also confidence and independence.
BIlingual learning
We continue to build on bilingual exposure with daily use of:
- American Sign Language (ASL) to support early communication and reduce frustration
- Spanish vocabulary through songs, stories, and interactive play
This approach enhances language development, cultural awareness, and cognitive flexibility.

Routine & Rest
Even with a more structured schedule, rest remains important. Our Preschool students enjoy a daily nap time or quiet rest period to recharge for the rest of the day.
Social Skills & Emotional Growth
Preschool is also a time for developing strong social-emotional skills. We help children:
- Practice problem-solving with peers
- Develop empathy, patience, and cooperation
- Build confidence in group settings
- Strengthen independence in daily routines
Parent Communication
Families stay connected through our communication app, receiving real-time updates on learning, meals, naps, and more. We maintain open communication and love partnering with parents to support each child’s growth.
